Radiesse

Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center

Radiesse is Merz Aesthetics' calcium hydroxylapatite dermal filler, formulated to restore volume the moment it's injected while stimulating your own collagen production over time. At Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, our experienced providers use Radiesse to smooth moderate-to-severe facial folds, rebuild jawline contour, and replenish volume in the hands and décolleté.

Immediate volume. Collagen that keeps building.

Radiesse is an FDA-approved dermal filler made from calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres suspended in a smooth gel carrier. Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers, which simply add volume where they're placed, Radiesse works two ways at once — it fills and lifts on contact, then encourages your body to generate its own new collagen around the microspheres in the weeks that follow, so results can continue to improve after your appointment.

That dual action makes Radiesse a favorite for areas that need real structural support, including nasolabial folds, marionette lines, the jawline, the back of the hands, and the décolleté. Because it's biostimulatory rather than a simple hyaluronic acid gel, Radiesse is not dissolved with hyaluronidase — our providers take extra care during your consultation to plan placement precisely.

Radiesse

About Radiesse

Radiesse is FDA-approved to correct moderate-to-severe facial wrinkles and folds such as nasolabial folds, to improve loss of jawline contour, to restore volume lost in the back of the hands, and — as of Merz Aesthetics' newest 2026 FDA approval — to smooth wrinkles in the décolleté. Each use case relies on the same calcium hydroxylapatite technology, simply diluted and placed differently depending on the treatment area.

Because Radiesse both fills and biostimulates, many patients see a natural-looking correction right away that continues to refine as their own collagen rebuilds around the microspheres over the following months. Results commonly last twelve to eighteen months in the face, depending on the area treated and the patient's metabolism.

What Is Radiesse Made Of?

Radiesse is made of calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres suspended in an aqueous carrier gel. CaHA is chemically similar to a mineral your body already produces in bone, which is why it's biocompatible and gradually and safely absorbed over time as your own collagen takes its place. RADIESSE (+) includes lidocaine, a numbing agent, for added comfort during injection. Because CaHA is denser than hyaluronic acid gels, it isn't formulated for the lips or the delicate skin around the eyes.

What Can Radiesse Do for My Look?

Radiesse can smooth moderate-to-severe nasolabial folds and marionette lines, restore a more defined jawline contour, replenish volume lost in the back of the hands, and — with its newest FDA approval — soften wrinkles across the décolleté. Because it stimulates your own collagen, results tend to look natural and can continue to refine in the months after treatment, not just at the moment of injection.

Rebuild Volume That Lasts

Radiesse delivers immediate correction and puts your own collagen to work for months afterward. Discover how a personalized Radiesse plan at Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center can restore structure to your face, hands, or décolleté.

Should I Get Radiesse for Volume Loss?

If deep nasolabial folds, marionette lines, a softening jawline, aging hands, or a crepey, lined décolleté are making you look older than you feel, Radiesse's combination of immediate volume and collagen stimulation is one of the most structural ways to address it. It's especially well suited to patients who want a longer-lasting correction than a pure hyaluronic acid filler typically provides.

Smooths moderate-to-severe nasolabial folds and marionette lines
Improves loss of jawline contour and definition
Restores volume to the back of the hands
Softens wrinkles across the décolleté
Stimulates the body's own collagen production over time

Am I a Candidate for Radiesse?

Radiesse is FDA-approved for adults 21 and older for facial and jawline correction, and 22 and older for hand and décolleté treatment. Most healthy adults with moderate-to-severe folds, jawline volume loss, aging hands, or décolleté wrinkles are good candidates. During your consultation, one of our licensed providers will review your medical history and goals to confirm Radiesse is right for you — or recommend an alternative if it isn't. It isn't recommended for those with a known allergy to CaHA or lidocaine, bleeding disorders, or active infection at the injection site.
